-STORY-

One day, in a country called "Crescent Island", a girl named NAOMI visits the hospital to see her poor, twin brother, NAOTO. He has an unknown disease called the "AKU AKU DISEASE". (AKU means bad in Japanese.) However, NAOTO's not the only one. Every patient in the hospital is suffering from the same illness. So, NAOMI went and asks DR. MEDICOLE to help her twin brother. And the other patients too.

-DESCRIPTION-

Help Naomi find all four medicines to cure her twin brother, Naoto. Jump, swim, climb and crawl through various stages like the land or the sea. However, it won't be easy. There's monsters and obstacles beyond her path. There's MAGIC CANDIES that can transform her into a mermaid to swim or shrink her to enter small holes. Have fun.
